Do I Need To Purchase Equipment?
It depends on the workout! We have a mix of workouts for everyone. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
It's all good! Jasmine has Calendars created just for you that makes it as easy as you clicking play! Plus each workout is created so all you need to know is the date of your last period - or if you don't bleed you just need to find your No Bleed Calendar and go!
If you're just jumping into the fitness space or if you took a little hiatus, it's all good! We created our signature program - The 4 Week Hormone Revive Reset for this exact reason. EVERYONE starts here. Even those of us who have been training for years need to go back through the basics every few months. Our programs were built with you in mind & everything has a modification.
HELL YESSS! Every quarter we drop a new program because each program is 8 weeks long & after each new program we have you go back through the 4 Week Reset before starting the new program!
